titanium white pigment is a rutile titanium oxide compatible with all binders such as lime, acrylic or vinyl binders, egg, skin glue, oil, gums, to give a luminous white, nevertheless the titanium white pigment cannot be used alone in flour paint, just to lighten another pigment. as flour paint contains iron sulphate and linseed oil which already have a tint, it will never be possible to obtain a clear white.
